CONCEPTUAL KEY

Apple

  • Symbol of knowledge, freedom, ecstasy, temptation, youth, immortality, (…);

  • It is popularly associated with prophecies, as well as myths, stories, and legends;

There are several references to the apple throughout history, from the Greek myth of Hercules (in which one of his tasks was to steal such fruits from the Garden of the Hesperides); to the Christian tradition (associated with Adam and Eve and the expulsion from Paradise); and in Norse mythology (related to the goddess Iðunn); (…).

Often used as a symbol of human abuse and audacity before the gods, especially after obtaining immense power that distinguishes one from common mortals. The feeling of ecstasy and intoxication caused by the power gained would cause his spirit to become distorted (at the same time that the fading of the line that separates him from the immortals would culminate in his downfall).

Golden Void” represents all the desires and temptations that live within the human being, and in the search for physical and/or spiritual fulfillment, there is a need to remain alert to a simple principle: the greater the power obtained, the greater the price to be paid in the future.
